TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Insurance: It is recommended that you purchase some form of Holiday Insurance from your local broker to cover your personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation/curtailment, personal and public liability etc. This type of cover is fairly standard and not too costly.

2. Children: Supervision of young children is strongly recommended during the use of Play Facilities and in the Swimming Pool area. Children under 8 years of age and those that cannot swim will not be permitted in the Swimming Pool unless supervised by an adult

3. Dogs: Two dogs (maximum) must be supervised at ALL TIMES (back to Prices)

4. Smoking: Please refrain from smoking inside any of our caravans.

5. Parking: Please ensure that your car is parked without obstruction to other guests. All vehicles are parked and driven on the Park at the owner's risk. The Road Traffic Act applies to road users.

6. Park Rules: Park Rules are displayed on Park. Please ensure that you and your party comply with these.

7. Your responsibility: Please treat our property with respect and care. If you damage something please inform us as soon as possible in order that we can make relevant arrangements to replace/repair in time for the next holidaymaker, or indeed for your party if necessary. Holidaymakers will be held responsible for damage to the caravan(s) and contents. If the caravan is left in an excessively dirty condition, you may be charged for additional cleaning costs . First named on the booking form will be assumed to be the person responsible for the group. He/she will be the person charged for additional costs.

For the convenience of other guests, we reserve the right to terminate the holiday without compensation, whereby unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking form, or their guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of others.

Only those listed on the booking form may occupy the caravan. First named on the booking form must be resident in the caravan for the duration of the holiday.

8. Bookings: a) When you have committed yourself to booking a holiday with us, your booking will be treated as Provisional, pending receipt of your deposit. We will hold that booking as a Provisional for ten working days, after which point the holiday will be re-advertised.

b) For bookings whereby the holiday will commence in less than eight weeks, we will ask for entire payment. Again the holiday will be treated as Provisional pending receipt of payment.

c) For short notice bookings (three weeks or less) we will ask for 'cash on the day' and meet you at the caravan with keys and passes.

9) Paying the balance of your holiday: If the balance is not received by the 'Date Due' (six weeks before the holiday) then your holiday may be treated as a cancellation (see below)

10) Cancellation of your Holiday: If you cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing. The date of cancellation is the day when we receive written notification. In the event of cancellation, a sliding scale of charges applies as laid out below:

i) If you cancel more than 56 days (six weeks) before your start date, then your deposit will be forfeit.

ii) If you cancel within 56 days (six weeks) you will be liable for the following percentages of the total

Holiday cost (excluding deposit):

Cancel 56-42 days before holiday start date: 40%

Cancel 42-21 days before holiday start date: 50%

Cancel 20-14 days before holiday start date: 60%

Cancel 13-day of arrival or later: 100%

11. Gas: Our caravans are now fitted with gas changeover valves, or enjoy the luxury of piped gas. Thus it is unlikely that you will ever need to change a bottle. In the unlikely even that your gas supply is interrupted, please contact us for advice.

12. Bedding: we supply all bedding.

13. Under 25’s : It is our policy not accept mixed or all single gender bookings of under 25’s.
